Our Creators
SearchSense was founded by practitioners who spent years inside B2B ecommerce and digital commerce, watching search fail in measurable, fixable ways. Failed queries losing orders. Knowledge gaps slowing decisions. Support teams resolving questions that existing documentation should have answered instantly. We built SearchSense Commerce first, for the commerce operators we understood best. The same principles that made commerce search precise translated directly to enterprise knowledge and customer service. One product became a platform — three products, one consistent architectural approach. The SearchSense team is small by design and expert by strict necessity.
